Под г. Кременная Луганской области 13 июня 2023 года произошел трагический инцидент в одной из дивизий, собиравшейся в наступление и ожидавшей своего командира. Два часа люди стояли толпой на одном месте и ждали, когда командир дивизии слово свое скажет. Но вместо него свое слово сказали РСЗО HIMARS и артиллерия противника. Почти все погибли.
