Химкинским городским судом Московской области 29 января 2015 года был осужден по ч. 1 ст. 228, ч. 2 ст. 228 УК РФ, а 27 декабря 2021 года по ч. 2 ст. 228 УК РФ (незаконный оборот наркотических средств)
Погиб в Бахмуте.
