В ноябре 2022 года ушел в составе ЧВК «Вагнер» из колонии.

Он был осужден приговором Верховного суда Республики Бурятия по п. «ж» ч. 2 ст. 105 УК РФ (убийство) к 14 годам лишения свободы

В феврале 2023 года получил осколочное ранение в шею. После лечения был направлен на реабилитацию по месту жительства.

В августе 2023 заключил контракт с МО. Был назначен на должность командира мотострелкового отделения.

Погиб в Луганской области
